What we collect
Your mobile number (to sign you in), an optional display name, the listings you post, listings you save, and basic technical logs (IP, device) for security and abuse prevention. We record when a signed-in user reveals an owner's contact number.
How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, show your listings, let tenants contact owners, prevent fraud and spam, and respond to reports.
What we show publicly
Your listings, the locality and an approximate map area, and your display name. We never show your exact address or your phone number publicly. Your number is shared only with signed-in users who choose to contact you about a specific listing.
Sharing
We use service providers for SMS delivery, hosting, image storage, maps and error monitoring. We don't sell your data.
Retention
One-time code records are deleted within 24 hours. Contact-reveal logs are kept for up to 12 months. Deleted accounts are anonymised and their listings deactivated.
Your choices
You can edit your name, sign out of all devices, and delete your account from the Account page. For any other request, contact us.
