1. What Riblee is
Riblee is a platform for listing and finding rental properties. We are not a party to any rental agreement and do not act as an agent or broker.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Don't impersonate others.
3. Listings
Owners must only list properties they are authorised to rent, with accurate details and their own photos. We may remove listings that are fake, duplicated, misleading, or reported by users, and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
4. Contact details
When you reveal an owner's number you agree to use it only to enquire about that property. Bulk collection, spam, and harassment are prohibited.
5. No warranty
Listings are provided by users. We do not verify ownership, property condition, or the accuracy of any listing. Use the service at your own risk and follow our safety tips.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
